Job Overview:

The Software Analyst will collaborate closely with the program and technical teams to document system requirements and address long-term defects. This role involves analyzing business needs, defining solution requirements, and developing testing scripts. The Software Analyst will work on various project artifacts using tools like MS Office and Visio, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Technical team to analyze business requirements and document solution requirements.
• Engage with developers on gap analysis and logical design.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts including Business Requirements Priority Matrix, Business Requirements Document, Gap Analysis Document, Functional/Technical Specifications, and Use Cases.
• Identify test scenarios and create test plans.
• Generate reports and provide activity status updates as required.
• Work within a matrixed team structure, facilitating multi-disciplinary teams and translating business/program subject matter information into project artifacts.
• Coordinate with Project Manager or supervisor to prioritize and schedule tasks.
• Prepare and execute knowledge transfer sessions.
• Adhere to enterprise, cluster level, department level, and division level directives, best practices, standards, and methodologies.

Requested Qualifications:

• 84 months of experience with analysis and documentation of complex business rules, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements.
• 84 months of experience in System Design and creating software documentation including functional specifications and technical specifications.
• 48 months of experience eliciting and documenting requirements for system-generated reports.
• 48 months of experience analyzing system data using SQL Developer against an Oracle Database.
• 48 months of experience analyzing requirements and creating/maintaining requirements documentation including use cases, context diagrams, process diagrams, data models, business requirement documents, and transition requirements.
• 36 months of experience with MS Office, Visio, SharePoint, and other tools for creating and maintaining project documentation.
• 24 months of ETL experience using tools such as Rhapsody Integration Engine.
